Servizio navetta comodo, la guida preparata ma che parla un italiano non ben comprensibile. Consigliato a chi capisce almeno l’inglese. Le grotte sono molto belle ma estremamente affollate (in bassa stagione) non oso immaginare negli altri periodi. Se fosse contingentato l’ingresso per fasce orarie sarebbe piu facile la visita.

Me han recogido en el hotel en Alcudia a las 9h y te llevan a les coves que la visita es a las 11h pero antes te dejan media hora para visitar la joyería de perlas majorica. La visita a la cueva es por libre y cuando acaba a las 12.30h subes al bus te vuelta al hotel. El guía va contando cosas en el bus pero mucho en inglés y francés y poco en español (entiendo que éramos pocos españoles) y me ha faltado saber mas de las cuevas. Encuentro elevado el precio de la excursión para lo que es Translate this opinion into English.

They picked me up at the hotel in Alcudia at 9am and took me to Les Coves, where the visit is at 11am, but before that they give you half an hour to visit the Majorica pearl jewellery store. The visit to the cave is free and when it finishes at 12.30pm you get on the bus and take me back to the hotel. The guide tells you things on the bus but a lot in English and French and little in Spanish (I understand that there were few Spaniards) and I missed knowing more about the caves. Excursión a las cuevas del Drach, chulisima!! Indica 5horas, pero la visita dentro dura 1 hora (como todas) y el paseo en góndola solo es accesible si te colocas en las primeras filas en el concierto, porque está masificado de gente. La guía, una señora belga que no recuerdo el nombre, de 10! Muy amable y lo explicaba todo genial en 4 idiomas! Hicimos parada en un puerto precioso y regresamos al hotel al medio día. The Drach Caves excursion was amazing! It says 5 hours, but the visit inside lasts 1 hour (like all the others) and the gondola ride is only accessible if you sit in the front rows at the concert, because it is packed with people. The guide, a Belgian lady whose name I don't remember, was a 10! She was very friendly and explained everything brilliantly in 4 languages! No merece la pena, al final pagas 54€ para tardar 2 horas en bus, cuando la entrada cuesta 54€. Llegas allí a las 10, te tienen 1 hora en la tienda de Majorica y la visita a las cuevas es a las 11. Las cuevas son bonitas, pero no os pongáis las expectativas muy altas. Lo más bonito fue el concierto.

It's not worth it, in the end you pay 54€ for a 2 hour bus ride, when the entrance costs 54€. You get there at 10am, they give you 1 hour in the Majorica shop and the visit to the caves is at 11am. The caves are nice, but don't set your expectations too high. The best part was the concert.

Falta introducción descriptiva sobre las cuevas. Falta cartelería de zona peligrosa piso resbaladizo,dos personas cayeron de los botes al agua, en zona de escaleras las personas mayores tienen dificultad y es peligroso para cardíacos o con problemas respiratorio. Por la menos carteles de prevención en las zonas con inconvenientes....

I enjoyed my visit a lot, but there's room for improvement. Positives: Communication was mostly great, WhatsApp updates were good, the bus was nice, and the actual caves were amazing. The guide on the bus was horrendous. His commentary in other languages did not match up, and he was consistently low-key sexist. He also gave incorrect info about the caves. The stop to try to sell us pearls was unnecessary, and too long, giving us less time in the caves. Also we were rushed through the caves.

Fueron puntuales, tanto en la retirada como en la llegada. El colectivo tenía aire acondicionado. La visita dura 1 hora en la gruta y la guía no ingresa con el grupo, por lo tanto no hay explicaciones durante el recorrido por la cueva, solo en el viaje en bus. Si la idea es recorrer solo la cueva es un tour que se puede hacer por cuenta propia. Lo que brinda esta oferta solo es transporte y una pequeña explicación durante el viaje. El trayecto en bus se hace pesado pues para en múltiples sitios para recoger gente. Las cuevas majestuosas, pero no la organización. Meten a todo el turno tal como borregos por el recorrido que dura 20 minutos. Sientan a todo el mundo frente al lago donde hacen un concierto muy bonito, solo que tardan más en sentarnos que lo que dura el mismo, unos 15 minutos. Total una hora de visita. Creo que mejor hacerla por vuestra cuenta madrugando para entrar los primeros.

The bus ride is tiresome as it stops at multiple places to pick up people. The majestic caves, but not the organization. They put the entire shift like sheep for the journey that lasts 20 minutes. They seat everyone in front of the lake where they do a very nice concert, only they take longer to seat us than the concert lasts, about 15 minutes. Total one hour visit.
