Ha sido perfecta, nosotras veníamos en un crucero y nos han recogido en la parada de bus más cercana. La guía encantadora Elisabeta, nos ha hecho el camino hasta las cuevas muy ameno explicándonos cosas de Palma, de lo que íbamos a ver y muchas cosas más En fin ninguna pega. El conductor Jesús conduce muy suave y hemos ido muy seguras con él. Las cuevas maravillosas y luego fuimos a una tienda de majorica que ha estado muy interesante. It was perfect. We were coming from a cruise ship and they picked us up at the nearest bus stop. Les grottes sont vraiment magnifiques, le concert,un moment magique. L'organisation a été très fluide et simple. Le problème est que quand on réserve une activité en français, on peut s'attendre à avoir des explications en français. Malheureusement, Pamela, au demeurant très sympathique, ne parlait que trois mots de français.... Décevant. Nous avons quand-même pu suivre les explications en anglais beaucoup plus complètes.

Todo estuvo dentro de lo pactado. Creo que podria haberse sumado algo mas de informacion y contexto del lugar que se visitaba, no solo en las cuevas en si (que entiendo que quizas escapa a Civitatis pero no hay nada de informacion) sino en el viaje a las cuevas. Es como pagar por el servicio de transporte mas que una visita guiada.

I think more information and context about the place being visited could have been provided, not only about the caves themselves (which I understand may be beyond Civitatis's scope, but there's no information about them) but also about the trip to the caves. It's like paying for a shuttle service rather than a guided tour.

Si cuentas con transporte o como llegar a las cuevas, olvida este tour! En realidad es solo el transporte! (el boleto de las cuevas cuesta 18€) has la cuenta de cuánto te cobran por el resto… no dan tour ellos solo es el transporte! En mi caso no pudieron darnos transporte a nosotros (reservamos normal, sin saber que dependía del lugar para la recogida) no había lugar y no pudieron llevarnos y solo nos citaron al lugar para darnos los boletos de entrada que podíamos comprar en el lugar!

If you have transportation or a way to get to the caves, forget this tour! It's really just the transportation! (The ticket to the caves costs €18.) Calculate how much they charge for the rest... they don't offer a tour, they just offer transportation! In my case, they couldn't provide transportation (we booked normally, not knowing that the pickup location depended on the pick-up location). There wasn't enough space, so they couldn't take us. They only invited us to the location to give us the entrance tickets, which we could buy on-site!

La realidad es que solamente fue un traslado. El guía no explicó nada. Nos pasearon por hoteles y bajamos a esperar que vinieran otros pasajeros. Hablaba 4 idiomas para decir dónde y a qué hora debíamos volver De las cuevas nos enteramos que íbamos a ver leyendo los carteles mientras hacíamos la cola para entrar
