No pude hacerla, cuando llegue a la hora que tenía la actividad, el palacio estaba cerrado, me comentaron que había un evento, era imposible hacer la visita...así que tuve que marcharme sin verlo ya que tenía vuelo por la tarde.....pido la devolución del dinero ya que no se pudo realizar, y al no avisarme no puede hacer otras actividades, perdí la mañana....quedo a la espera de sus noticias. Gracias.

I couldn't make it. When I arrived at the scheduled time for the activity, the palace was closed. I was told there was an event on, making it impossible to visit... so I had to leave without seeing it since I had a flight in the afternoon. I'm requesting a refund since it couldn't be done, and since you didn't notify me, I couldn't do other activities. I wasted the morning. I'm waiting to hear from you. Thank you.
