El guía muy bueno y muy amable, el tour bien pero un poco a prisas. Respecto al idioma, se contrata un tour en español y en este la mayor parte del tiempo se hablaba alemán y francés, ya que eran mayoría en el grupo, cosa que no entiendo ya que el tour repito era en español.

Creo que la visita podría ser bastante más instructiva con comentarios sobre historia, arquitectura y cultura de la isla, pues sobre todo los comentarios del guía eran anécdotas y solo durante los recorridos dentro del bus, pues durante los trayectos en el tren de madera y el tranvía no tuvimos ningún tipo de información ó comentario sobre el recorrido, los acantilados y calas ó el puerto de Soller, por ejemplo.

I think the tour could have been much more informative with commentary on the island's history, architecture, and culture. The guide's comments were mostly anecdotal and only during the bus rides. During the rides on the wooden train and tram, we had no information or commentary about the tour, the cliffs and coves, or the port of Soller, for example.

Se vende como tour en español y otro idioma. Pero parce lea da vergüenza hablé en español ya que no se hablo en todas las explicaciones al grupo en español, se nos daba un pequeño comentario en español directamente en el bus que se escuchaba mal por el ruido interno, perdimos mucho. No deberían vender en español, deberían hacer un reembolso parcial al menos Nos se timos discriminados por nuestro idioma en relación al resto del grupo, unas horas sería tolerable, un día fue agobiante

It's sold as a tour in Spanish and another language. But it seems embarrassing to read that I spoke in Spanish since not all the explanations to the group were in Spanish. We were given a short commentary in Spanish directly on the bus, which was difficult to hear due to the noise inside. We lost a lot. They shouldn't sell it in Spanish; they should at least give a partial refund. We felt discriminated against because of our language compared to the rest of the group. A few hours would be tolerable; one day was overwhelming.

Falta de puntualidad al pasarnos a buscar ( media hora tarde) por un punto de encuentro lejano al hotel ( 9 cuadras). Al regreso nos dejaron en el mismo lugar mientras al resto de los pasajeros los dejaron en los respectivos hoteles. En los años en que vengo viajando por el mundo nunca me pasó algo así. O mejoran o su clientela va a dejar de ser tal.

Lack of punctuality in picking us up (half an hour late) at a meeting point that was far from the hotel (9 blocks). On the way back, they dropped us off at the same place, while the rest of the passengers were dropped off at their respective hotels. In all my years of traveling around the world, I've never experienced anything like this. Either they improve, or their clientele will cease to be what it is.
