Está bien organizado. Pero al juntar varios idiomas, hay uno que se queda con poco tiempo. Poco tiempo en los pueblos para que te expliquen o enseñes guiada mente los dos pueblos, preferible que dure más tiempo y aprovechar más visita en Sóller y Valldemossa. Es total prescindible la parada en el mirador de deia.

Horrorosa. La organización brilaba por su ausencia. De las 8 horas que dura la excursión, Sólo nos dejaron hora y media para ver Soller y otra hora y veinte minutos para Valdemosa. Nos tuvieron 2,30 minutos donde vueltas por la cuidad sin destino certero. La guía no se sabía explicar. La experiencia ha sido frustrante y caótica

Une excursion à 60 € où rien n'est compris sauf le déplacement. On paie toute les entrées en plus, église, musée etc. Le guide nous dit quoi aller voir dans le bus puis on se débrouille....aucun accompagnement ou visite guidée. Temps de visite trop rapide, on n'a le temps de rien faire. On court. Le guide parle très bien l'allemand et l'anglais. Mais presque pas le français, donc beaucoup d'explications dans les autres langues et des commentaires plus que réduits quand on passe au français. Déçu

Poco tiempo en la visita recorriendo los pueblos y mucho tiempo de espera en la coordinación de los grupos. Falta de comunicación entre los agentes del operador cuando algún pasajero se retrasa y perjudica a todo el grupo. A quienes nos recogieron de hoteles entre 8: 30 y 9:30hs hs nos dejaron de 10 a 11hs esperando en la plaza "libres" la llegada de otros transportes para salir juntos a Solle.

Apanhamos um bus do hotel para Palma e outro de Palma para Soller e Valdemossa. Bem organizado. Guias deram muitas explicações. Tempo em cada sitio suficiente (se levar a propria comida e nao precisar sentar em restaurante). Vilas muito bonitas na montanha. Vale a pena! Me recogieron el en hotel en Alcudia a las 8.45h y fuimos hacia Palma, ahí te dejan una hora por libre, luego fuimos a Soller y otra hora libre, paramos en un mirador y luego a Valldemosa con otra hora libre y vuelta a Palma a las 16.30h para volver al hotel. Los guías Jaume y Toni fueron muy amables y atentos y en el bus van explicando todo en todos los idiomas. Todo fue genial y muy puntual pero deberían explicar bien los recorridos en la info y tiempos para poder organizar bien tu viaje. Translate this opinion into English.
