Mucha gente en el barco, no cabiamos todos sentados, teniamos que estar muy apretados casi unos encima de otros, y aún así habia gente que se tuvo que quedar de pie. No explican lo que vas viendo por la bahía de Palma, y a la hora de hacer snorkel la equipacion se limita a unas gafas y además no habia para todos, nosotros fuimos de los primeros en pedir y ya no quedaban. A parte de todo esto habia algún grupo dando la nota ,molestando al resto y nadie de la tripulacion les decía nada.

There were so many people on the boat that we couldn't all sit down; we had to be packed in so tightly, almost on top of each other, and even then, some people had to stand up. They don't explain what you'll see in the Bay of Palma, and when it comes to snorkeling, the equipment is limited to a pair of goggles, and there weren't enough for everyone. We were among the first to ask, and there weren't enough left. On top of all this, there was a group of people causing a stir, bothering the rest, and no one on the crew said anything to them.

La experiencia deja mucho que desear. Personal desmotivado y con pocas ganas que trabajar. El trayecto es corto y lo mínimo en estas excursiones es alegrar el ambiente y explicar en que consistirá el viaje. El personal durante todo el trayecto no mantuvo ningún tipo de interacción con el cliente salvo, para realizar un par de cocteles de manera forzada. El dinero peor invertido.

The experience leaves a lot to be desired. Unmotivated staff with little desire to work. The journey is short and the minimum on these excursions is to brighten the atmosphere and explain what the trip will consist of. The staff throughout the journey did not maintain any type of interaction with the customer except to forcefully make a couple of cocktails. The worst money spent.
